Raisin Cake
- 200 g butter
- 34 cup sugar
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 14 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat the eggs until it bubbles and then pour to big bowl.
- Add flour and milk and mix thoroughly.
- Add raisins.
- Bake for 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
