Lazy Lover

  1. Place jalapeno in a small saucepan.
  2. Add Chartreuse and bring to a boil.
  3. Immediately remove from heat, remove jalapeno and allow infusion to cool.
  4. Pour 1/2 ounce of infusion (there will be extra) and remaining liquids into a mixing glass.
  5. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with thyme.
