Lazy Lover
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno, cut into thin wheels
- 1 cup green Chartreuse
- 1 1/2 ounces cachaca, preferably Leblon
- 1/2 ounce Benedictine
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Sprig of fresh thyme
- Place jalapeno in a small saucepan.
- Add Chartreuse and bring to a boil.
- Immediately remove from heat, remove jalapeno and allow infusion to cool.
- Pour 1/2 ounce of infusion (there will be extra) and remaining liquids into a mixing glass.
- Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with thyme.
