Lychee & Lemongrass Fizz
- 2 canned lychees, drained
- 1/2 ounce Lemongrass Syrup
- Ice
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 fresh lemongrass stalk
- 1 lime wheel
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lychees with the Lemongrass Syrup.
- Add ice and the gin and lime juice.
- Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Stir in the club soda and garnish with the lemongrass stalk and lime wheel.
