Maryland Fried Clams Recipe

  1. Drain clams.
  2. Combine egg, lowfat milk and seasonings.
  3. Dip clams in egg mix and roll in crumbs.
  4. Fry in a basket in deep fat, 350 degrees, for 1 to 2 min or possibly till brown.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve with tartar sauce.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
