Jalapeno Popper Dip
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Green Chilies
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Jalapenos, Add More If You Like More Heat
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 sticks Butter, Melted

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, chopped green chilies and jalapenos.
- Pour into greased oven safe dish.
- For the topping, combine panko, melted butter and the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan.
- Spread over dip.
- Bake 25 minutes.
