4 ingredient cookies

  1. in a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and salt until creamy and a pretty pale color.
  2. carefully blend in flour until just mixed.
  3. dough will be really tacky and wwet looking.
  4. thats ok. wrap dough in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 30 minutes to an hour
  5. carefully roll or pat out dough on a floured surface to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  6. cut with a round cutter or glass dipped in flour.
  7. you should be able to get 8-10 from the first roll.
  8. gather dough and repeat.
  9. sprinkle your reaining sugar or sprinkles after placing them on the baking sheet.
  10. bake at 350F until they are a pale golden brown.
  11. let cool on the cookie sheet for 5 mins then move to a cookie sheet.
  12. enjoy
