Walter's Chili

  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot; mix well.
  2. Cover and cook chili on low about 8 hours, or until the beef chunks are very tender and fall apart easily.
  3. Add more water if you like your chili thinner.
  4. Add pepper sauce to your liking.
  5. Serve chili recipe with hot cornbread or oyster crackers -- delicious!
  6. Enjoy!
