Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In very large bowl, combine peanut butter and butter.
  3. Beat with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Add sugars, baking powder, and baking soda; beat until combined.
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  6. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with mixer.
  7. Stir in any remaining flour and oats.
  8. Stir in chocolate kisses.
  9. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  10. If desired, flatten dough slightly.
  11. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  12. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
  13. Transfer to wire reack; cool.
