Kabocha Squash Sweet Cubes with Azuki Sauce
- 1/2 Kabocha squash
- 5 grams Kanten powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 400 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 5 tbsp Boiled azuki beans
- 4 tbsp Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- Peel the kabocha squash and simmer with water, maple syrup, salt, and powdered kanten until softened.
- Blend in a blender.
- Pour into a container and chill in the fridge.
- Combine the boiled adzuki beans with soy milk and maple syrup.
- Grind in a mortar until your preferred thickness.
- Serve with the kabocha squash cubes.
