The Flavor of Starbucks! Matcha Tea Latte
- 2 to 3 grams Matcha
- 150 to 200 ml Milk (or soymilk)
- 10 grams Sugar
- Put 30 to 50 ml of milk in a heatproof container, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute at 500 W. Put the matcha and sugar in the mug you'll be using.
- Pour the hot milk into the mug little by little.
- Use a small whisk or a spoon to mix well.
- When the tea and sugar have melted, add the rest of the milk and microwave for about 1 minute.
- Mix well and it's done.
