Flirting with the Sandpiper Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces light rum
• 3 ounces fresh orange juice
• Dash of bitters
• 1 teaspoon cherry brandy

1. Shake the rum, orange juice, and bitters with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled highball glass.
2. Float the cherry brandy on top.
