Mango Delight
- 400 grams sweet yoghurt
- 200 grams cottage cheese
- 8 triangles cow cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 mango paste
- 200 grams biscuit
- 100 grams salted butter
- 1 kg mango cut in cubes
- 1 icing sugar
- For Base- crush biscuits with hand add butter and mix well
- spread biscuits in a glass dish you will serve in
- put in freezer to cool
- when chilled spread mango cubes on it and sprinkle with some icing sugar
- For Filling- cut the cottage cheese into cubes and add half of it into the blender and blend
- then add half of the yoghurt.
- blend
- then half of the cow cheese and blend again
- then follow the sake method to put in the other half
- now blend in the icing sugar half at a time
- blend all properly and seperate 3/4 from it
- add the mango paste in the 3/4 mix and pour onto the mangos in the dish
- now pour the 1/4 mix on top to make a design
- use a stick or fork to spread the mix in your desired way to decorate
- spread mango pieces on top if you like
- chill well before serving
