Bacon and Cheddar Whipped Potatoes

  1. Cook the potatoes in water until soft, then drain.
  2. Place in a mixer bowl and add butter and cheese while still hot.
  3. Add a little milk and start the mixer on low.
  4. Increase the speed and add milk as needed until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the bacon and blend well.
  6. Check seasonings.
