Ham and Honey Mustard Biscuits
- 48 each frozen unbaked buttermilk biscuits (1.2 oz. each), thawed
- 2-1/4 qt. OSCAR MAYER Honey Ham, chopped
- 1-1/3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts, finely chopped, divided Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 48 ungreased (2-3/4-inch) muffin cups (or onto bottom and up side of each of 12 muffin cups for trial recipe).
- Combine ham, mustard, honey and 1/2 cup of the nuts (or 2 Tbsp.
- of the nuts for trial recipe).
- Spoon into biscuit cups.
- Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
- Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 10 to 13 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
