Sriracha Cauliflower Wings with Blue Cheese Dip
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce), divided
- 8 cups small cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan in small bowl until blended.
- Whisk egg white, dressing, garlic powder and 2 Tbsp.
- Sriracha sauce until blended.
- Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
- Dip cauliflower, 1 floret at a time, in bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat floret.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 14 min.
- or crisp and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining Sriracha sauce with Miracle Whip and blue cheese.
- Serve cauliflower with Miracle Whip mixture.
