Gallstone Cocktail

• 30 ml ginger wine
• 30 ml Galliano
• 60 ml cream
• nutmeg, to serve

1. Shake all ingredients with a little ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Sprinkle with nutmeg to serve.
