Apple Crunch Pupcakes Recipe
- 2 3/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. Dry apple chips, ( you can also use fresh fruit)
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 x Egg, beaten slightly
- 4 Tbsp. Honey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray muffin tin with cooling spray.
- Mix all wet ingredients thoroughly.
- Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Add in wet to dry slowly , scraping well to make sure no dry mix is left.
- Pour into muffin tins.
- Bake for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till a toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
- Sotre in a sealed container.
- Makesaround 12-14 pupcakes.
