Sole Frangelico

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper to gether.
  2. Dredge filets in seasoned flour.
  3. Heat a non stick skillet with butter.
  4. Saute filets for about 2 minutes on each side- this depends on the thickenss of the filets.
  5. Pour Frangelico over fish.
  6. Serve immediately garnishing with toasted nuts.
