Better Choice Our Perfect Zesty Chicken Tortilla Bake

• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3 cups fat-free milk
• 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
• 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 16 flour tortillas (6 inch)

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Whisk dressing and flour in medium saucepan until blended.
3. Gradually stir in milk.
4. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened.
5. Add 1 cup cheese; cook until melted, stirring constantly.
6. Reserve 1 cup sauce.
7. Stir chicken, salsa and parsley into remaining sauce; spoon 1/3 cup down center of each tortilla.
8. Roll up.
9. Place 8 roll-ups, seam-sides down, in each of 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce and remaining cheese.
10. Bake 25 min.
