Ginger Sesame Stir-fried Chicken

  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, sesame seeds, ginger (fresh ginger substitutes well, too!)
  2. and soy sauce.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet or wok over high heat with butter.
  5. Once its sizzling, throw in your chopped raw chicken.
  6. Stir fry chicken until halfway done, toss on soy sauce mixture.
  7. Finish cooking chicken until pink is gone, another 4 minutes or so.
  8. Taste sauce and add another splash of soy sauce if need be.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve over hot rice.
