Ginger Sesame Stir-fried Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 whole Chicken Breasts, Skinned And Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Chopped
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, sesame seeds, ginger (fresh ginger substitutes well, too!)
- and soy sauce.
- Set aside.
- Heat a skillet or wok over high heat with butter.
- Once its sizzling, throw in your chopped raw chicken.
- Stir fry chicken until halfway done, toss on soy sauce mixture.
- Finish cooking chicken until pink is gone, another 4 minutes or so.
- Taste sauce and add another splash of soy sauce if need be.
- Garnish with green onions and serve over hot rice.
