Green Pea And Ham Soup Recipe

  3. Serves 4.
  4. Put the broth and the peas in a large bowl.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 10 min.
  6. Reserve 1/3 of the peas.
  7. Puree the remaining peas in a blender or possibly by passing through a sieve.
  8. Return the pureed peas and the reserved peas to a bowl.
  9. Stir in the cream, sugar, salt and pepper.
  10. Dice the ham and add in.
  11. Cook on high for 5 min, then serve warm.
