Mahogany Patties
- 4 sausage patties or 4 sausage links
- 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Combine teriyaki sauce and ketchup in small bowl.
- Grill sausage over hot coals (or brown over medium heat in non-stick skillet), basting often with teriyaki/ketchup sauce, until internal temperature reaches 160.
