- 8 thin cut porkchops
- 1 whole apple
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 packages bacon
- tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 cooking spray or tsp of butter
- 1 salt
- Preheat oven to 400
- Use cooking spray or butter to coat a glass baking dish
- Place your porkchops in dish and salt them each lightly on both sides
- Chop up your apple into small somewhat thin slices and lay the small slices all over your porkchops evenly.
- With scissors, cut up your bacon into large chunks and overlay them ontop the apple porkchops.
- Layer them nice and cover any exposed apple or porkchop... Don't be afraid to overlay them ontop of each other, remember, "Overloaded" is the key work in this recipe ;-)
- Chop up your 1/2 onion and lay the onion slices ontop of your bacon
- Drizzle your teriyaki sauce over the whole dish.
- Bake covered for 35 mintues
- Uncover, and bake an additional 20 minutes
- ENJOY!!!!
