Microwave Meatballs Recipe

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Shape into meatballs 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick.
  3. Place in glass baking dish.
  4. Cover with waxed paper.
  5. Microwave on high approximately 7 min - till no longer pink.
  6. Rearrange/turn dish halfway through cooking time.
  7. Serve with 1) barbecue sauce, 2) brown gravy (use pan drippings), 3) Swedish meatballs, 4) sweet and sour meatballs.
