Broccoli and 3-Cheese Totchos
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- 2 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 5 tsp. GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
- Combine next 4 ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
- Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with broccoli mixture and remaining cheeses.
- Bake 2 min.
- or until cheeses are melted.
- Sprinkle with onions.
