A Highly Nourishing Salad! Carrot and Chikuwa Tossed in Sesame-Mayo

  1. Julienne the carrots, wrap in paper towels, then wrap again in plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave for 1 min at 600w.
  3. Julienne the chikuwa.
  4. Add the carrots and chikuwa to the rest of the ingredients and toss.
