Chicken With Basil Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Halve the chicken breasts to make 4 pieces.
  3. Dip chicken in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place on cookie sheet, drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Cook in oven 20-25 minutes.
  6. In small saucepan over medium heat evaporated milk, chicken flavor, and flour.
  7. When mixture thickens add ripped up basil leaves.
  8. Cook for 1 minute then remove from heat.
  9. Serve basil sauce drizzled on chicken, or in dipping dishes.
