Winter Red Cabbage Slaw
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 8 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 13 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 granny smith apples, coarsely chopped
- 14 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.
- In large bowl combine cabbage and cranberries.
- Add dressing and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Just before serving, add apples and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
