Winter Red Cabbage Slaw

  1. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.
  2. In large bowl combine cabbage and cranberries.
  3. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Just before serving, add apples and toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans.
