BKT Wraps
- 16 slice good quality bacon
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 8 flour tortillas
- 8 piece kale
- 3 small-medium tomatoes
- Cook bacon to desired crispness
- Oil a skillet and brown the tortillas over medium high heat
- Spread mayonnaise in the center of the tortillas
- Place kale, bacon and then the tomatoes on the tortillas.
- Optional - Place avocado slices and/or cheese on top
