California Vegetable Pizza Recipe

  1. Preat oven to 500F & oil a 12" pizza pan.
  2. Place dough on a lightly floured surface & press to flatten.
  3. Lightly roll out dough into a 12" circle, place on pizza pan & healthy pinch the edge to create a rim.
  4. Spread the sauce on the dough to within 1" of the rim & arrange the vegetables on the sauce, ending with the tomatoes & peppers.
  5. Bake till the crust is brown & crisp, about 15 min.
  6. Remove from oven & let cold for 5 min.
  7. Slice & serve warm.
