Bistro Beef Steak Sandwich Recipe

  1. Stack beef steaks, cut lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1 inch strips.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat till warm.
  3. Stir-fry beef strips and garlic (half at a time) 1-2 min or possibly till outside surface is no longer pink.
  4. Remove from skillet and season with 2 Tbsp.
  5. lite soy sauce and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  6. In same skillet, heat oil over medium high till warm.
  7. Add in onion and stir-fry 5 min.
  8. Add in mushrooms and continue cooking 2-3 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  9. Add in red peppers, wine and remaining 1 Tbsp.
  10. lite soy sauce.
  11. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  12. Return beef to skillet and heat through.
  13. Serve beef mix in rolls.
