Chicken Salad Cream Puffs

• 3 cups cooked chicken (can use canned)
• 2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
• 13 cup chopped black olives
• 1 (4 ounce) canchopped mandarin oranges
• 13 cup chopped walnuts
• 13 cup diced carrot
• 13 cup diced celery
• salt and pepper
• 14 cup mayonnaise
• 14 cup sour cream

1. Mix all ingredients together and stuff into cream puffs.
2. you may have to adjust the ingredients alittle to fit you tastes but it well worth it.
3. Great for parties and family get togethers.
