Nono's Tuna Appetizer
- 1 (12-ounce) can tuna, well drained
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 20 green olives, sliced
- 1 (2-ounce) can flat anchovies packed in olive oil, finely drained
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine all ingredients and toss well.
- Add olive oil to moisten.
- Chill at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
- Serve with thinly sliced Italian bread.
- Great for parties too.
