Man's twice baked potatoes

  1. Preheat oven 500F
  2. Bake potatoes for 20-30 minutes or until soft inside.
  3. (Stab with fork to check)
  4. While potatoes are cooking combined milk, butter, 4 -6 oz sour cream, dry ranch mix, 1 pouch REAL bacon bits, 4-6 oz cheese and some chive (to your liking) in larger mixing bowl.
  5. Mix while (I use hand held elect.
  6. Beater) about 2 min.
  7. After potatoes are fully cooked, let cool about 10 minutes.
  8. Change oven setting to 350F
  9. After cooled, cut in half and spoon out meat (middle white part) into mixing bowl with the rest of ingredients.
  10. Try not to tear skins.
  11. Place skins onto baking sheet
  12. Beat potato meat into mixture until your liking.
  13. (Add more milk, butter or sour cream if you desire)
  14. Spoon potato mix back into skins (slightly monded).
  15. Top with remaining cheese, bacon bits and chive(to your liking).
  16. Bake potatoes again at 350F for about 10-20 min.
  17. (reheated)
