Hashbrown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 1 (2 lb.) bag hashbrown potatoes
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (16 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 stick melted butter
- Bread crumbs
- Mix all together; put in greased 3 qt casserole (or possibly 2 smaller dishes and freeze one for later).
- Cover top with bread crumbs and pour butter over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min.
