Cranberry Salad
- 2 cup Cranberries
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 packages Cherry Jell-O
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple w/ Juice
- In a covered pan cook cranberries in water until they stop popping then remove from heat and crush.
- Add Sugar and jello mix and allow to cool in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- Add crushed pineapples and nuts (if desired).
