Peach Melba

  1. Heat raspberry jam until warm (not boiling).
  2. Place the scoop of ice cream in the bottom of a sherbet glass.
  3. Top with raspberry jam
  4. Cover with a peach half.
  5. Spoon on red currant jelly and Grand Marnier.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
