Macrobiotic Bean Sprouts and Enoki Mushroom Kimpira
- 1 pack Bean sprouts
- 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Cooking sake
- 1 tbsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Rinse the bean sprouts.
- Chop off the base of the enoki mushrooms and chop the length in half.
- Heat sesame oil in a sauce pan, then saute the enoki mushrooms.
- Saute on high heat until tender, add the bean sprouts, then saute again.
- Add the seasoning ingredients, then sprinkle on shichimi spice to taste
