Macrobiotic Bean Sprouts and Enoki Mushroom Kimpira

  1. Rinse the bean sprouts.
  2. Chop off the base of the enoki mushrooms and chop the length in half.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a sauce pan, then saute the enoki mushrooms.
  4. Saute on high heat until tender, add the bean sprouts, then saute again.
  5. Add the seasoning ingredients, then sprinkle on shichimi spice to taste
