Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center, turning once
  4. Shred chicken with two forks.
  5. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.
  6. Stir until cream cheese is melted.
  7. Top with pepper jack cheese.
  8. Broil on high until the cheese is melted and dip is bubbly
  9. Garnish with scallions and serve with tortilla chips and celery.
  10. Enjoy!
