Chix Tuna Salad Recipe
- 12 1/2 ounce. can chicken
- 12 1/2 ounce. can tuna in water
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. Ranch dressing
- 3/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 4 c. cooked pasta (any kind), cooled
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigeratefor about 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers or possibly as a main dish.
- Add in for variations: 1 c. frzn peas, cooked and cooled or possibly 1 c. shredded Colby or possibly cheddar cheese or possibly 2 medium diced apples and 1/3 c. minced walnuts minus pasta or possibly 1/3 c. carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.
