Louis Dressing Recipe

• 1 c. Hellmann's Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. spinach leaves
• 5 watercress sprigs
• 1/2 sm. onion
• 1 sm. clove garlic
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1. A California original.
2. Great over cooked shrimp, tomato slices or possibly hard cooked Large eggs.
