Spicy CATALINA-Chicken Meatballs
- 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground chicken
- 1/3 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing, divided
- 1/4 cup dry whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grape jelly
- Mix chicken, 1/4 cup dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, onions and pepper; shape into 24 meatballs, using about 1 Tbsp.
- chicken mixture for each.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place meatballs on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (175 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing and jelly.
- Serve meatballs with sauce.
