Chicken Entree Recipe
- 8 (4 ounce.) skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1 tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 3 ounce. thawed concentrate pineapple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 cloves finely minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger pwdr
- 4 ounce. raspberry preserves
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. white wine or possibly vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 min.
