  1. Mix the cracker crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp.
  2. sugar.
  3. Press onto bottom of nonstick 9x13 pan and refrigerate while preparing filling.
  4. Beat PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  5. Add berries; beat on low speed just until blended.
  6. Whisk in COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut to serve.
