Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad With Pecorino

  1. Put brussels sprouts, apple, tomatoes in large bowl.
  2. Put vinegar, honey and oil in bottle with lid.
  3. Shake dressing to mix well.
  4. Pour dressing over vegetables, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.
  5. Let rest about 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Top with grated cheese at the table and enjoy.
