Mini Egg and Bacon Pies
- 8 slices white or wholemeal sandwich bread
- 3 rashers bacon, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup light evaporated milk
- Remove the crusts from the bread.
- Push bread gently into 8 x 1/2 cup capacity muffin pans to form a pastry case.
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crisp.
- Divide evenly into cases.
- Combine cream cheese spread, eggs and evaporated milk until mixed and pour mixture into the bread cases.
- Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until bread is golden and filling has just set.
- Serve warm or cold.
