B. L. T. Bites

  1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato.
  2. Scoop out and discard the pulp.
  3. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain for a few minutes.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
  5. Spoon into the tomatoes.
  6. Refrigerate for several hours.
  7. To keep them fresh, cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
