Benihana Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine ingredients in blender or possibly food processor and mix together for 15 seconds.
  2. Pour mix and 1 c. whipping cream inro saucepan, stirring over low heat.
  3. sauce may be stored for up to 3 days.
  4. When reheating, add in 6 Tbsp.
  5. whipping cream and stir completely before serving.
