Benihana Cream Sauce Recipe
- 2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Grnd roasted sesame seeds
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1 pch Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Dry mustard, dissolved in 1 tsp. water
- Combine ingredients in blender or possibly food processor and mix together for 15 seconds.
- Pour mix and 1 c. whipping cream inro saucepan, stirring over low heat.
- sauce may be stored for up to 3 days.
- When reheating, add in 6 Tbsp.
- whipping cream and stir completely before serving.
