Sweet and Savoury Mushroom Salad

  1. Whisk grapeseed oil and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Pour over mushrooms.
  3. Cover and leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
  5. Serve with granary rolls.
