Simple Avocado Salsa

• 24 fresh cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 2 tablespoons lime juice (best when fresh)
• 2 avocados, diced
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste

1. Gently combine all ingredients until the avocadoes and tomatoes are lightly coated with juice.
2. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
